Account & Registration

Signing up at Ba Jee is quick and easy. On the registration page Enter your full name, mobile number, email, and password. Confirm your age, accept the terms and conditions, and submit. Once you verify your email, your account will be activated.

Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, or IP address may result in all accounts being suspended and any funds being forfeited.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on Ba Jee. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately.

On the login page, Click the "Forgot Password?" link. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Click the link to set a new password. The link remains valid for 24 hours.

You can update your email and password from Profile Settings after logging in. To change your name or mobile number, contact support@bajee.run and submit the required documents.

Go to your profile and upload a clear photo of your National ID or passport in the KYC section. Verification is usually completed within 24–72 hours. Large withdrawals will not be processed without a completed KYC.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are usually instant. Occasionally, bank or mobile banking processing times may add 5–15 minutes. If it's been more than 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal

After logging in, go to the Cashier section and select "Withdrawal." Choose your amount and payment method. If your KYC verification is complete, your request will be processed quickly. Funds typically arrive within 1–24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum limit varies based on your account level and KYC verification status. Members with fully verified KYC can withdraw at higher limits.

If your withdrawal hasn't arrived within 24 hours, first check that your KYC verification is complete. Then confirm that any bonus wagering requirements have been met. If everything looks good, contact us at support@bajee.run with your transaction ID.

Wagering means you need to place bets with your bonus funds a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you need to wager ৳2,000 in total. Terms vary for each bonus.
